Sequin Whimsy

Another casual work outfit. I've been in the mood for color again after wearing a bunch or more neutral outfits. The top is a liquidy knit with a busy pattern, worn with bootcut jeans and Cons. Oh and a new haircut.

Another casual outfit for work. I'm not sure if the booties look right with the outfit in the photos but in real life it looked good.

The top is smocked and a soft comfy knit. The pants are just a basic black twill. The booties are a glittery silver/pewter color and they are just fun.

This is my favorite top. I'm not sure the color shows as vibrant on screen as it does in real life. I wore it to dance class and then to dance after class.

The reasons I love it are it's so soft and comfy. I like the small high/low hem. I love lime green and grey. I love the metallic lips, they are so fun and cold shoulders are one of my favorite looks lately.

I wore it with my lime metallic jeans and my ever loved cowboy boots. Jewelry was big lime green hoops and my Pandora bracelet.

I would probably love the jeans more if they were bootcut but this is a high happiness factor outfit for me. :)

For me this is a dressy outfit and i'm sure for many of you this is a casual outfit, lol. I love how we are all so different. 
Top is just a simple comfy knit vneck accented with clear beads. The pants are hand me downs from my niece and I love the plaid print. The shoes are patent mary janes. Worn with small knotted silver hoop earrings. The trouser socks constantly slid down and drove me crazy all day so they promptly went in the garbage can when I got home. I do not like anything I have to fuss with, lol.

Just a super casual comfy outfit for dance class. My poor cowboy boots are very well worn, very well scuffed and very well loved.

I must be echoing my mood lately because I am wearing another subtle subdued color combo. This is a woven top with some embroidery accent and fancy cuffs. I don't own or wear a lot of woven button up tops but this one is an exception. I love the fancy cuffs but sometimes they get in the way so I fold them back and scrunch them. The pants are just skinny cargos with zippers at the ankle. Finishing off with my Timberland boots.

Another fairly subdued neutral outfit. Plain vneck tee over a sheer cami with printed pants and slip on shoes. The pants are full length but I have them cuffed under for a cropped look.

This outfit isn't really me but I do like it anyway. It's very neutral and subtle and i'm usually much brighter. The top and the pants are both compliments of biscuitsmom/Laurie.

Normally I don't wear figure showing tops but I love the lace, the floral design and especially the bling. The pants are straight leg and I gravitate toward bootcut. I don't really have any neutral colored shoes for summer so I had to throw on my pink sequin Converse hi tops. Earrings are bees and I have had them forever.

Is the shirt too clingy and are the pants too big, they are a bit loose in the crotch area. Not sure if it shows?
